Question here, not to offend anyone. just want to know out of curiosity, but why is it that some mommas want to give birth before 40 weeks? even before 38 weeks. Why not let the baby cook completely? Let baby come out when he/she is ready. I know pregnancy can be hard and tiring the last couple of weeks, but i think it's worth the wait.
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
Hey I’m 26 with two children #myfirstpost Okay I’ll be real and explained why I joined, I didn’t know I could be looked up or anyone would actually see this post, I was informed someone I know has been stealing pics and I came to look and see what’s going on if any of mine were on there or anyone else I knew. I just typed until it let me post since it was required before I could look around on the app.
i hope i have my baby this week...or in a couple of years...if he wants to come out...it's whatever he wants 😓

well I wanted my son out early because I had GD ( diabetes ) I didn't want my.baby to get any bigger ..so my doctor decided at 39 weeks to induce me. I wish I could of had him in until he was ready but its scary being a high risk

I was VERY anxious about giving birth and by 38 weeks I just wanted to do it already so that I could stop worrying about it. But I agree that it's the best thing for baby to stay in the belly till 40 weeks if possible😊 My son was born at 40+3

Unless the doctor (aka PROFESSIONAL) says otherwise, I can't stand when women try to make baby come early. 😒 "I'm ready for baby to be here" is NOT a good reason. My daughter was over 41 weeks, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. 😊

@proud_mami87, totally agree worth the wait. baby will come when is ready. I wanted to go full term with my little guy. .. but he decided to break my water and be 3 weeks v early!

idk it makes me sad knowing theres mommas out there that are trying to rush labor I wish I could go all 40 weeks with my pregnancies I had my son 33 weeks he was in ICU for 2 long weeks and I will be having my daughter early or even earlier than that
