usually I have terrible hip pain where I can't sleep on my right side cause it hurts so bad good rule of thumb is if it really hurts and your worried ask your doctor or er but if your not bleeding it's usually round ligament pain

Yep, I get it too! My doctor told me it's either my uterus stretching or the baby pushing down
