Depending on your state if you decide to go for child support if the child doesn't have the fathers last name you have to pay for a maternity test. And some states still won't let you get child support if last name isn't same as fathers . Ridiculous I know 😕

@countrymommy0916 well I'll look into it but he's either gonna have both or just mine . I live in Texas so if I'm correct he doesn't need the last name , the dad just had to sign the birth certificate
