I think around 30 weeks is a good time. It gives you time to set everything up, send thank you cards, or return/exchange things that you don't need/want.

with my first i had it about 36 weeks with this pregnancy im having mine right before i turn 31 weeks

It's different for everyone. I'll be just about 35 weeks when I have mine.
