Any other mamas around 24.5 weeks experiencing more cramps in the legs during the night? Or experiencing your extremities "fall asleep"?
yeah I started getting those around that time but mine somewhat went away at 33 weeks but they do suck
I'm 23 weeks and for the last 4-5 days I've been getting pretty bad Charlie horses in the middle of the night. I've just been trying to stretch a little before bed and increase my water intake. Also if your feet are going numb it's because of poor blood circulation!

Good morning ladies yesterday was was a difficult day was me. I woke up to experiencing extremely heavy bleeding. Called my doctor and went back into her see.
