I used to have cystic acne, and I started using a charcoal sulfer face wash... It doesn't smell pleasant but it has cleared up my face almost completely. I found it on amazon, and was the best thing I have found. The brand is diva stuff

idk if there is some by you. but it's a line thru Aveda. is an all natural face wash and lotions. it helped me alot when I was pregnant.... I'll take a pic of it and put it on here in a second

My best friend started using coconut oil. It has antibodies in it and her face is totally clear now

Yes it's all natural and organic, I use it during pregnancy. It has kept my face clear. I also normally use retinol cream, but that can't be used during pregnancy
