Ladies, postpartum depression is so very real. I'm only 2 weeks PP, but I'm already speaking from experience. I just wanna say however you feel you need to express your emotions, just let it out bc you will upset yourself. no joke. Also remember to put you and your baby first. don't let anything else drain you. and even if we've never talked before, pls don't hesitate to message me if you need someone to just listen to you. please. 😘
exactly. this is my first child & although it's only been 2 weeks, I just knew something was wrong. the sooner you treat it, the better. @athenas_mommy
& the sad reality is most new mommies don't know when to get help before it's too late
I had that with my first son I had it for about a month but then it went away just try and sleep when the baby sleeps
Also after baby is born taking a nap will help with emotions as well. It helped me I know that
I know it sounds weird but that's what my nurse said was to try to nap twice a day and it did help for me
