@livd15, I started at WAY less as well. Just slowly worked my way up. The leg lift ones are where I really feel the burn!
@livd15, I have worked my way up to 200 squats a day or every other day (depending on how I feel) I rotate the types of squats I do as well! From normal, to double, to squats with leg lift and one legged squats. I have been very cautious with my saturated fat intake and keeping active, house work!! And thank you @momma588
