I diced some chicken breast, marinated it in about a Tbs of Sesame oil, a splash of soy sauce and maybe 1.5 Tbs brown sugar, meanwhile heated up 2 T of Sesame oil, put in 3 cloves of minced garlic + 1/4 finely diced onion, let it brown, then added the chicken. Once that was cooked, I added about 4-5 T sweet chili sauce and 2 T soy sauce and a splash of lime juice. :) served it in some lettuce with rice. I'm going to add red bell pepper next time!
