Think of it this way, do you wanna be the only weirdo on the delivery floor with a perfectly manicured south pole, or be like all the other women who can't reach to shave? ;)

Okay thank you all who comment with there experiences it really helps

I never did, it was too hard to reach and at that point i didn't really care lol they won't judge you, nurses and Drs see a lot of things
kori·
So all and all the nurses and doctors are not going to judge tho ?

My guy was a week early. I was at the cottage and didn't give a crap if I was or not. they tell you not to bc of risk of infection if you have a cut from shaving. the docs had to shave me a bit because I had a c section tho lol

All great advice so far :)

I straight up asked my OB and she told me not too. She said there is more chance of infection afterwards as shaving/waxing can let tiny nicks/tears you can't see. I had a planned c-section and she even gave me this body wash to use the night before and the morning of my surgery. Happy to say, I'm almost 3 weeks post delivery and everything is healing great!

That's what I was thinking to lol and yeah at 37 weeks it's hard lol

Not sure if it's a must, but I did lol I figured if everyone was looking at my hoo ha, I might as well make it a little nicer to look at! But shaving down there at 38+ weeks was sooooooo not easy lmao took me like 45 mins cause I couldn't see a damn thing
