How much does she drink?

@saralois7, she's 5 months old...she's not going to latch we've tried and tried seen lactation consultant after lactation consultant...exclusively pumping is the only way I can bf with her this crying while I pump is a new behavior

@proud_mommyof4, probably not cause I started eating oatmeal, taking vitamins, and drinking more water and my supply has already started to go back up

What vitamins? How much water you drink ? I drink like 100 oz a day

@proud_mommyof4, fenugreek (3pills 3xs a day) Brewers yeast(2pills 1x a day) garlic pills(2pills 1x a day)...I also ordered the mothers love more milk plus pills but still waiting on them to arrive I drink about 10 bottles of water a day

I have fenugreek and I tried mothers love but didn't see a difference

@proud_mommyof4, yeah I've always drank tons of water...I slacked off on my vitamins and oatmeal but since I've started back my supply is slowly climbing back up

I need to try all them

They sell garlic pills and Brewers yeast in the vitamin isle at Walmart also if you google lactation smoothies I've found they help a ton
