Did anyone else's prenatals not make their nails grow? In June I accidentally cut a chunk of my nails and now it won't grow out correctly at all. I'm not sure why. I was hoping the prenatals would help but they didn't help the rest of my nails so I don't know.

Check the supplement facts of what you're taking and the ingredients. To know if f they are synthetic or not you'll have to look into the brand itself, what do they tell you about it? "man-made" is synthetic

Are they food based or synthetic? Organic or non? What are the vitamin ratios? All these factors play into it. Also your nails not growing or are very fragile could show you are not getting enough of a certain vitamin.

Right now I'm taking one a day but I was taking the gummy ones. I switched because there wasn't enough iron in them.

I recommend the brand Spring Valley from Walmart. My nails are the strongest they've ever been since taking them and they grow like crazy! I always have to cut them.. Plus my hair has grown like no other!

Again check the facts and ingredients, do some research about the pills especially ones that doctors give you
