I also read to buy your own pair of booties/slippers for you :) and some people bring hair dryers so that you don't have to lay with wet hair after you get your shower

I read to bring your own towel! Hospital towels are so small and uncomfortable

for me two night gowns (I like them better then pants special since I am having a c-section), comfortable underwear, 2 nursing bras, a pillow, flip flops for shower, and socks with rubber bottoms, toiletries, brush, make-up, hair ties, CHAPSTICK!

3 night gowns, a coming home outfit, a few headbands and bows, socks, burp cloths, a few onsies for under the gowns since hospitals are cold, grooming kit, 1 swaddler, her blanket and a pacifier.

And baby ?? lol
