Hi ladies. I'm currently 31w4d and just had an ultrasounds. I was told my fluids are on the high end of normal. I was also told that happens all the time and it's nothing to worry about. I have another ultrasound next week to see if it stays the same. I was wondering if any of you had this issue and your babies came out fine? Also my baby measures big 4lbs2oz and he's suppose to only weigh around 3.
With my first son , I had extra fluid towards the end which was making my tummy measure larger than what it was suppose to be , they induced me at 39+6 because of the extra fluid but my son was super healthy born 7lbs 14 oz 21 inches long scored 9/10 on his APGAR !!
I had a ton of fluid when I was pregnant with my son. He came out a healthy 7.14, just means more water for him to move around in! It also means when your water breaks , that it's gonna be a lot cause my water broke and it was a flood for several hours hahaha. Also @kmally is correct about the weight thing. They don't know until baby is born!
I haven't heard about the fluid, but u/s can be super inaccurate when measuring the weight of your babe. A friend was told that baby was 9lbs and she needed a c section early...so they did and baby was 7lbs 4oz and could easily have been delivered naturally. Try not to stress and see what they say at your next appt :) good luck mama!!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Thanks guys!
