listening to music, baking or going for a walk, or laying down and closing my eyes thinking about other stuff helps me

@briandavisjr819, I work out everyday though I can only ever do things that are baby friendly since I have her 24/7 @firstbaby_girl I normally bake but it's sooo freaking hot out and my AC can barely keep up as it is

@paisleysmama0216 maybe a walk around the block with the baby along with music should help

@briandavisjr819, maybe when we go out later I'll take her to the park age walk around since there's no safe places with sidewalks close to my house

can you go to a fee family members house to try and help with the stress

@paisleysmama0216 yes just make sure you don't get distracted keep one ear phone out your eat and the other one in so you can hear other stuff. if you have a ymca they normally have daycare for 2 hours while you work out and you can go to the steam room and sit in there that's what I used to do

@firstbaby_girl, my parents are the only ones that live close to me and they've been fighting a ton lately which makes the stress worse and if I went to stay with my grandparents Lee would probably stress me out by texting and calling me @briandavisjr819 I wanna get a ymca membership but I can't afford one right now it's sooo stupid expensive
