Does anyone have any stress relief tips? I've been going through some things with my roommate who will be leaving in a week but I feel like this stress is going to make it take longer to go into labor, and I hate for the baby to feel me stressing. Message or comment. Thanks :)
I agree with @varduim! Yoga and meditation can seriously work wonders. Plus yoga is great exercise, and meditation can literally be done ANYWHERE as long as you can focus on your breathing and block out any other thoughts.

music. it's a common stress reliever . also , writing in a journal or diary. playing your favorite game on your phone. take long soothing bubble baths. and play some relaxing music with candles . with all of those just take a deep breath and breathe . until you feel yourself calming down and relaxing
