this heating pad they gave me for my back is working wonders.

I thought of that too. I'll have to do that tonight. I'll probably get a good nights rest. @naturaliianej

well I took a shower & let the hot water hit my back in areas that hurt the most, like a massage . then I got a my nurse gave me a heating pad for when I'm in bed. @csteele

I might need to try it.. Because my back is killing me now. 😯
