Try wetting a towel or napkin and put on your boobs should help. That's how I feel some days

@alana0810, sometimes but most the time it just feels like they are bruised real bad. I can't even touch them.

I've been in pain allllllll week. The only thing that helps is wearing a sports bra around the house and that only helps a little
