my daughter spits up every time I give her a bottle and then lay her down to change her or something i think im laying her down too soon and maybe moving her around too soon after a bottle so what's a better time frame to do this so her little tummy doesn't get upset

Was going to make Eliana a bottle and dropped the cereal bent down to pick it up forgetting I had an open bottle with formula in it and the bottle spilled all in my carpet 🤦🏻♀️ And before anyone adds any smart comments... yes I put cereal in my almost 4 month olds bottles! No it’s not to make her “sleep longer” but to help with her reflux! If you don’t like it just keep scrolling 🤷🏻♀️
Sanitized bottles today and put batteries in the chair & swing. I am so impatient for her, but at the same time I feel like I am not ready!
