4 days. only because they gave me prunes..and even then it was tiny. i didn't have a good (normal) bm til like a week and a half after

I had my baby on the 20th and I was making bowel movements 2 days after my c section.

Remember lots of water and there are certain foods that will help. I'm three weeks post csection and I still have to take them a little. Your body goes thru lots of changing. Also if you are on pain meds that will slow things down too

im on day 4 and nothing. I've been taking the stool softness though. smh. thanks @uhohitskyra

Three days. I was scared to push because of my csection. Stool softeners are your friend for a while!
