Thanks pregnancy for the over load of hormones today. Anger. Depression. And most of all. This rash…

is it pupps?

Either that or heat rash. But it keeps spreading and getting worse. And it's literally only on my boobs. So yea. And of course I can't call my doctor until Monday. So if its not better by then I'm gonna try to make an appt to see her soon because my next scheduled appt isn't until August 10th. But yet I also feel like it will be a waste of my time and she's just gonna tell me to take Benadryl and put anti itch ointment on it. So we shall see what it's like come Monday. But good lord it's stings and it's itchy. And my day has been complete shit because of it. Minus just being depressed for no good reason.

ugh, that is miserable! I've read that cutting out dairy helps with pupps. Sorry you're feeling down, that was me yesterday. So ready for my hormones to be normal again!

@levleah, I literally went from on a good mood. To feeling crappy and drowsy. To angry. To depressed. I just want to sleep but it's so hot that I can't. The struggle girl :/ and really!? I haven't drank milk in like 4 days or so tho :/ so idk if that's making it worse.

I'm right there with ya on the up and down emotions. And it's going to be 100 degrees here for the next 4 days... so miserable!! Have you tried Benadryl yet?

@levleah, same here. Florida heat is miserable. My house is on 75 and I'm still so hot that I can't sleep. Or even get comfortable! :/ and no Benadryl. It makes me sleep for like 12+ hours straight! And I can't really do that :/

oh yikes... maybe a cool shower?? hope you get some relief!
