So ladies, there was this very beautiful and big chocolate bar on the counter zipped up in a plastic baggy, and I decided to take a very nice bite! A few minutes later my mom comes out and asks if I ate it and I said yes. She starts freaking out because it was not just any old chocolate bar, it was an edible... I now know she's not bs cause every time I burp it definitely tastes like weed. Should I be worried or call my doc? Or do you think it's fine?

I don't think it would hurt you or baby. Especially if you only took one bite. There's a lot of people that smoke/eat weed daily and their babies are fine. Not that its recommended but if your worried you can call the doc(:

u will be fine. like @sassymccrum said, people do a lot worse. but I would still call doc because if u test positive depending on what state u live in, u can get ur baby taken. this way u will at least have it documented what happened.

lol I'm sorry hun. but I definitely think you're safe. my doctor said marijuana use was safe my entire pregnancy (I stopped awhile ago and won't be continuing until after baby tho) but if she said it's safe I believe it.
You can tell your doctor if it's what makes you most comfortable but from one bite that will definitely be out of your system before the baby is here

I think you & baby be fine but I would still tell my doctor just in case!!! I doubt it will b in your system at the time u give birth but u know they test you...
