I've been talking to her like a "big kid" since before she could talk, and everyone tells me she speaks so well, and I honestly think it's from the way I talk to her, I always tell her when she's upset, let's sit down and talk about it and if you don't want to you can go sit on your bed until you are ready to use your words, most of the time it helps so much and there are no problems from it. She's my mini me all the way who voices her opinion but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Sounds like you are raising your girl right, @ak16 ...hopefully I can train my kid to correct daddy when he does stuff wrong, when the time comes :) too cute! and she sounds like a smarty! I definitely think kids understand more than we give them credit for.

Right. Every mom raise their kids different. But your daughter was absolutely right. and just by talking too you, it seem as she understand a lot. she is very smart. and that's true if you take the time to explain to kids they will understand. Butt-whoopings isn't the only way out. so I agree 100%

I just have to tell her "yes you are right but every mommy is different and they have different rules but you know we don't do that because you could make a mess or hurt yourself." She understands a lot. some people try to tell me oh she doesn't get it but I feel like if you explain stuff to your kids they will understand better instead of just getting on to them at least that's how it works with my kids. @threekings101415

@threekings101415, oh yes never a dull moment with her, her mouth is like a mystery box, she even says things in public at times, omg one time we were at the coin laundry and some little kid was running around and she goes "mommy those little kids need to sit down with the cup before they fall and make a mess" I was like "shhh" even though she was completely right lol
