Breast feeding moms: I am going to have one glass of wine tonight so my question is can I just drink water while I'm having the glass? I know you can have 40 ounces without having to pump and dump.

when I breastfed I pumped enough for the next 2-3 bottles then drank a glass of wine and then by the time it was time for him to eat from.me I didn't worry if it was out my milk

I think one glass is fine, last weekend I had a little less than half a glass of Moscato n a Jell-O shot at like 1 am n then drank water the rest of the time I didn't pump and dump I then fed her at like six am I heard that as long as it's not 4 oz at a time then u just need to wait two hours before u feed
Girl that's a lot of wine! Lol I think you'll be fine. Think of it this way, 40oz is 5 of the big 8oz bottles!😋
