Yeah @johannah0404 - anything though high in iron will help (I didn't eat meat until I got pregnant) - so beans, nuts, spinach, chicken, fish or anything high in iron or iron pills. The baby needs lots of it to grow so try to find something that works for you.
I had it too - low iron can be a culprit and sometimes it's just the increase in blood flow to the baby. Make sure you're eating enough and meat or iron pills so you don't become anemic. I still get light headed when I don't eat enough protein.
Yea I feel your pain , I'm in the same boat. One day at a time , rest , hydrated , small meals throughout day , take vitamins !

unfortunately there's not a lot that really gets rid if it just helps. like she said stay hydrated and eat lost of small meals and get up slow :/ it will pass tho
