moms after the birth of your baby did your period return pretty normal? my period is due today…

Breastfeeding might delay your period. Some people don't get one at all while breastfeeding. Mine came back around 8 weeks pp but it is way lighter than before. I think it varies :)

mine came as soon as i stopped breastfeeding.. wasn't very light either lol. id have to check but i think mine was about the same 8 weeks..

It came randomly about 8wks out. My milk dried up at 4wks (not my choice) though. It actually felt a ton better too than pre pregnancy. Lighter and cramps waaaaaaaay better and shorter! It was 6-7days heavy bleeding and three days of bed ridden cramps. Thank god that's over with!

I was SOOO nervous too! My friends and I agree the first seems really mild. I think your body is just like "😑 seriously?" Hah
