Some people do only women because it's more traditional that way but a lot of people are starting to do co Ed baby showers with both

my fiance and I did a coed shower. it's really common now to have men and women

you can do either. mine will be both men & women :) you can look up a theme & party games. we are doing ours as pink safari & a BBQ style

Kinda like you would do a regular party. Usually someone hosts it for you but you can totally do it yourself and you can have it whenever you want
