I make lactation cookies a lot with oatmeal, peanut butter, flaxseed & Brewers yeast (there's tons of recipes online)...yeah fried foods probably aren't the best. Proteins like chicken, fish, and eggs are awesome ! I also eat fruit and veggies for snacks especially peanut butter with apples or celery...be sure to drink water or juice rather than pop/kool-aid/tea...cheese is pretty good too but sometimes dairy can upset a baby's tummy
is there something I can put in place of oatmeal bc tbh i only like oatmeal cookies lol...i only drink lactose free milk...i hear fried foods are terrible to eat so fried eggs are out right? i can't give her my milk right now bc it's making her little tummy upset bc of the food i eat so I need the healthy choices so I can get back to giving her more of that and less of the formula bc I don't have enough money to buy formula all the time without asking for help
Oatmeal helps a ton, I also eat a lot of salads and hard boiled eggs I've heard that cows milk hinders milk supply but I'm unsure about that because I only drink almond or soy milk
