I'm 29 weeks and I think I lost my mucus plug... boy, I'm so scared right now

your mucus plug grows back don't worry:). you can lose pieces of it and or chunks and still be just fine.

you mucus plug can fall out and grow back. as long as you seen no blood you should be fine.

well I had my first son 22 weeks .. he passed so I'm scared I may be experiencing preterm labor

what about cramping after ??? cramping n my back.. but they are like period cramps

Every pregnancy is different you can lose your mucus plug at anytime from what I have learned it does grow back
