i booked a physio appointment at the hospital and she gave me the belt and some exercises. u may be able to buy them online but not sure ☺ x

yes, ive had it throughout but its definitely worse.. I have a maternity belt to wear which helps a little. hope u feel better soon. paracetamol and a hot water bottle help too x
