Lol nothing girl everythinf was temporary relief the only thing that allowed me to sleep was the lavender aveeno baby lotion I out some around the nipple on the areola and was ok lol

@tracynangel, I'll have to try that! I put on a really tight sports bra. And the compression helped a lot! But I know the second I take it off they're gonna be itching like mad! And I can't wear a tight sports bra 24-7. It crushes my chest! Lmao
