I need help ladies. any advice on sore nipples. boobs get engorged and he sometimes has a hard time latching right. it's getting to hard to bare sometimes and he has to be fed and I'm really trying to avoid formula for as long as I can. Don't have a pump at the moment to help express it from that boob. I've been rotating left or right breast at feedings so I can let one rest but damn it, it's still sore on its turn.

Yea I had them with daughter but forgot to ask for them at hospital since he was doing so well and they didn't hurt :(

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.

There are these things at target that you put in the freezer for your nipples to help with swelling and soreness. I read the reviews and all the ladies were saying to but them! I tried them!
