You seem like an amazing friend and woman. If she isn't appreciative if what you do for her then I would stop doing things for her. When the time comes for you to get your hair done etc just explain to her that you can't afford to get her done. It's your day and you have money to save for your baby that's on the way. If she's a true friend she would understand and not get upset or try taking advantage of you.

No friend should be like that those you have your own family to think about as well, as for the kids that's great what you're doing but her no that needs to spot and you need to think would she do the same for you if you were in her shoes? If she has $15 rent I honestly don't see why she can't go food stamps and any other help she needs, she just needs to get some resource help and worry about her bills not her appearance

I give her 100 dollars a month she lives in subsidized housing which means rent is only 15 dollars for her and she had wic she just swear she need help without her baby daddy and you right she's actually a lot older than me I just wish she would tell me that I've done enough I wish someone would tell me I've done enough or save my money cause I feel like I'm way too nice not even realizing I could be taken advantage of @ak16

@amiyahsmommy, your a really sweet friend to do all those nice things for her getting her hair and nails done are just luxuries and I wouldn't do it if she really is struggling so much she could use that money towards other things or encourage you to get pampered for your big day . It would be different if it was her baby shower but your so nice and thoughtful and she isn't even thanking you she's complaining online that's mean :(

You need your money for your family too, can she not try resources such as wic or food stamps or cash help, I don't think it's right for her to stress about things then ask to be pampered you or she could spend that money on bills
