I need some help from other mommy's out there, Im currently 29 weeks and 3 days pregnant, I had a regular scheduled appointment with my OB today and she told me i should be looking for a doctor for the baby, now i want to know, when did you set a doctor up for your baby or babies? Should I set one up now, and be ready, or should i set one up around 33-36 weeks? Please help! Thank you!
Thank you! The Ob/Gyn i see right now is just strictly that. i switched to them because the doctors i had before kept telling me they couldn't find my sons heart beat. Plus at the Ob office i don't see the same person every time, they switch around. Thank you so much @ak16 that literally helped me out so much!
Usually they come to the hospital... Or you can ask your on who she recommends
You can look for one at any time and ask them the earliest time you can make an appointment at that office but with my girls I just found one and called the day she was born made an appointment, my hospital requires you to tell them where and when the appointment is before you leave so they know you will take the baby
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

That's crap am sorry, but glad I could help, you do have time to research and get reviews on places and you can always switch if you don't like them after the first appointment, they just want what's best for you both, most hospitals do have a doctor that will see your baby the days you stay but they will ask soon after where you plan on taking them and that can tell you the type of appointment that needs to be made, if you want you can go to your hospital now and ask for a tour if you haven't already those are always helpful as well 😊
