Natural they will make a small incision on both sides of your belly button if you are having a c section they will tie them while they already have you open...

I am too I've heard of the belly button my cousin actually had it done she said it was painful @be itnimaria

Never heard of the belly button, the bikini line most likely.. I'm asking for mine to be tied after I have this one but I have c-sections so she will just do it while I'm already open
