mine would swell REALLY BAD after sex and it would burn sooo bad! my Dr told me to wrap some ice up in a rag and sit on it...worked great! even after sitting on ice a few minutes each time after having sex, sex would hurt less and less.

Sometimes after sex it will be or stay that way, a lot of times it's just do to the extra blood flow in your body.
