How can I change my sons sleeping routine, he sleeps all day & stays up all night . I'm so tired 😩

how old is he.. usually it's just what babies do... my son just started sleeping at night and he's 6 weeks ... they have to get the concept of day and night.. try keeping him up during the day

He's almost 3 weeks old

Mine struggled with that for the first week and a half. It's tough. He will figure it out. She's three weeks tomorrow and getting better at sleeping at night. It's important tho it's hard to sleep when he sleeps or at least lay down and rest

wake him up during the day for feedings , when my babygirl turned a month at night i put cereal in her formula then i switched to putting baby food in her formula at night it helps so they can be a little more full , once i started that i take her a bath around 8 o clock and right after i give her bottle of formula with babyfood and shes out by 9 or 9:30 sometimes 10
