Omg I got it horrible with my previous pregnancies Id cry for hours sometimes force myself to throw up for relief. Take tylenol and tums as soon as you feel the pains even starting. Sometimes it comes for me if I really have to poop. Sometimes I try to force myself to use the bathroom! Good luck hopefully it gets better.
By the way, do you still have your gallbladder? They say that pregnancy many times brings on all problems during pregnancy. Since I had mine out it's gotten alot better. Pregnancies were horrible with it.
I had no heartburn and my daughter was born with a full head of thick dark brown hair, and it looks like our son will be the same way when he is born and I have had no heartburn with him either.

Thanks with my son I would wake up crying it was so bad I can not go thriw that again

You can also mix tonic water with lime and it helps you burp which relieves gas
