hey I haven't felt my baby move all day what should i do I don't know if this is bad I'm scared…

my doctor said to call after 3 hours of no movement and they will tell you what to do

I see you are 19weeks. baby is still small, and you won't feel him/her move as often. babies sleep a lot. its normal you not feeling the baby. when I was 19weeks some days my baby would move and some days he wouldn't.

Drink some orange juice that should make the baby move. I had to stay stocked up on oj with my son

Are you relaxing? Try laying on your stomach for awhile that is when I feel a lot of movement just relaxed laying on my stomach

You're still so early. I didn't even feel my baby till I was 19 weeks and after that I didn't feel her for weeks later. Baby is still so small and you still have so much room in there, it's normal not to feel baby all the time when you're that early. If you feel something is completely wrong then you should definitely call your doc.

At this point it's normal to not feel them every day. Kick counts don't start until around 28 weeks. I'm sure baby is fine but you can try drinking or eating something sugary and laying on your left side and see if you feel something.

I'm 22weeks3days and I still freak out sometimes if I don't feel my son all day. It's normal at 19weeks tho. Even now sometimes I will only feel a few tony flutters all day. And some days he is kicking me all the way up by my rib cage! Try to relax. It will help baby out to move more!
