Ladies I need your help !!! So I decided I didn't wanna crib, so I picked out this bassinet. I want her side of the room to be pink , brown & cream so I bought this little blanket to hang over the edge of her bassinet Because that's the pink I wanted but I can't seem to find anything else to help that pink pop out a little more other than a rug . Any ideas on what I can get to make that pink stand out more ????

@kie123, my best friend did her daughter's room in the same color scheme. it looks beautiful! she has dark wooden furniture, dark curtains, cream carpet, and she accessorized with pink rugs, pink lamps, and a pink chair. her daughter is a little over a year old. the room looks beautiful

Anything really, just keep your eyes open when you are shopping for things that catch your eye. Maybe some ribbon or lace in the pink color you can make a bow with to put on the bassinet or put around the edge of the bassinet. Look on pinterest for some ideas, I'm sure there are plenty on there @kie123

Accessorize with the pink, find little things to add. That will make the color pop without it taking over

I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
