Im in al these people signed a tv in my name and i have a case against them and the investigator called me telling me that they have witnesses that are willing to testify i was there or have knowledge of it and i know for a fact that i didnt and wasn't there but i cant bring my fiance to court bc it be biest but i was at the house with him
what would u do

he was there with u, that's a witness, but also maybe u were texting someone when it happened? like maybe there's evidence there or ... I know they can track cell phones as they're sending messages maybe they can track old messages ? sorry but I'd be Flippin shit
