question.
can my mother in law take my son from me or take me to court when he's born? we have a house that's clean he has everything he needs there's nothing here to harm him first she said he isn't even her sons kid ..now she wants to take him and I'm a teen mom..
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
So my ex went to court and filed for visitation rights. I was served last week. I am not comfortable with our daughter being around him alone nor his mother which he lives with. I have proof of him asking me to take his drug test for his job for him in text messages and him texting me he was too high to drive and get our daughter milk. Is that enough to show the judge? As far as his mother she watches his son quite often and told us she gives him nighttime medicine if she has problems getting him to go to sleep at night. (Claims she did it with my ex when he was little too) And she FaceTimed us once mid day while taking his son back to his mother, she gave him night time medicine bc she didn’t want him talking the whole ride and wanted him to sleep. He was so out of it. It just scares me to leave her alone with them.

Mommas who are separated from their childrens dad. If my sons father is to get our son every other Friday-Sunday, but then tells me halfway through the week he can't take him Friday until Saturday due to taking up an optional shift at work, can I legally tell him he either takes him Friday at his ordered time or doesn't get him? He's constantly cancelling whole weekends or taking our son a quarter of his ordered time. He also isn't following the meets on the order. Almost every Sunday he has him I get a message that he doesn't have a car so I have to get my son, or he tells me i have to run him out there. I'm already having cut hours at work and getting no child support from him since he's been continuously in and out of work.
Question. I just left my husband for cheating and now hes been harassing me. Hes threatening to come get our son. I dont care if he sees his son but I'm not comfortable with him leaving with him bc hes never taken care of him a day In his life and he might use him against me. Am I wrong for feeling this way??

Anyone can take anyone to court but it's likely she'll be unable to prove her case. She has to prove you're unfit if she can't do that they can't take your baby. Im so sorry you're going through this

as long as your doing what you need to do then absolutely not!!! she would have to prove your an unfit parent which I'm sure she won't be able to do cuz I'm sure you will do great! I was a teen mom, I had my 1st 2 kids at 17&18; & was fine. you'll do great girl! don't let anyone scare you!

me and my boyfriend both have a job we are just staying with my parents because my dad works and my job is taking care of my mom i get paid for . im finishing school an we buy everything ourselves she keeps saying she'll take him from the hospital nursery or she'll take me to court . she lives in a shared home 8 people 1bath room .. and doesn't have a job she also has drugs in her house

she's saying shell take your baby from the nursery at the hospital? you should take a screen shot of yalls conversation if she's texting that to you and report it to the police. and let the hospital know when you get there that she's not allowed to be there. thats scary im sorry youre going through that.
