Idk if this is some kind of stomach flu or virus or what. But this shyt hurts and it's killing me. It's been going on for two days hopefully I get better. I don't want to go to the hospital and they tell me something is wrong. I'm having constant cramps on my left and right side of my tummy. Really in pain. I need some medicine or something

with a stomach flu or virus there isn't anything they can do...my doc told me to drink water to stay hydrated and rest. My granny is in the hospital now because of a virus or food poisoning and they gotta give her fluids via IV. Rest well and I hope you feel better..
