🚨🚨 went to my Dr appointment today, Dr doesnt believe in checking for dialation! I really want to know where I am at, contractions have gotten stronger and becoming more frequent but nothing timeable! I have also had bad lighting crotch frequently lately. Is this a good sign? Am I dialating?🚨🚨🚨🚨

ive read midwives recommend for you to check yourself because you can feel if it's painful/uncomfortable , the doctor doesn't really "care" about that lol. anyways good luck !

It's not painful , use lube if you aren't doing it in the shower. make sure your hands are clean. and your nails aren't long so you won't scratch yourself. I don't put my whole hand in , just index and middle finger. but like I said there are times I can't reach to the end and times I feel like I could be 1cm...I'm not a doctor so I have no clue what I'm really feeling for,lol. I'm getting checked by my doctor on friday , we'll see if I was right or not
