I haven't studied family law yet, but I do know for other things, you can be held in contempt of court if you ever refuse a judge's order and can be arrested.
Yea if its court ordered and she denies it she will be held in contempt of court and could go to jail. Why does she not want him to do to @daniellekaymann
She's acting really sketchy about it.. Not really sure. She told him she isn't gonna do anything to try to get shared parenting til her and I can get along.. My husband just wants his rights to his son, but he's gonna see if he has a good chance of getting full custody.
she has to allow it. here in oklahoma they have to do dna test no matter what and if it comes back not the dads she can get in a lot of trouble and possibly sued cause of it
ok my step mom said her son was my dads well a lot of crap happened and my dad went to get full custody cause shes a drunk and a druggy and they did a dna test even though he signed the birth certificate and it wasnt his so he wasnt able to get custody but every state is different

If they are going to court that's usually mandatory the judge will motion for them to do it.

Will she get in trouble if she denies it? Cause she's telling him she's not doing it

Yeah.. If it came back that he wasn't his could he still try to get custody? How's that work? @scarlettnikol
