I need some opinions....I have been offered a new job and I haven't taken it yet. I have been with my job that I am at now for 11 years in August and I don't see me going any higher than I am at my job because no one will be leaving anytime soon. so this new job has offered me way more than what I make st my old job. I'm just really nervous about switching jobs. I have so many thoughts in my mind. will I be challenged enough with this job will the people be nice....I am about 90% sure that I'll take the job but I'm just scared. it'll give me more time with my husband and kids too because I won't have to work nights every night just Sunday abd monday night. what would you guys do?

Go for it! A change is alwaysss good in my opinion! I would take it, just be ready for yeah, a big change. After 11 years it's a big change but its for the best!

You take that job girl and don't look back! I just switched school last year and was so scared because change is scary! But it's so worth it in the end!!!! It'll benefit you and your loved ones!
