Ok so I have done this "old wives tell" with a necklace that so called tells you what your kids are or are gonna be... Mine came up girl, boy, boy, girl... The first 3 are right I had my daughter first my miscarriage was a boy and then I had my son and now this one is showing a girl!!!! I can't help but be happy and hope it's right too?!?!?!?!?! How many of you have heard or did an "old wives tale" and it was actually right?

@k_nicole89, i try not to because ive been having constant dreams of me having a boy, and one of those dreams, it was a fortune teller lady who told me " get use to the fact that its a boy" ,but when i was pregnant with my two sons i always had dreams that said i was having a girl and they were wrong lol
@missvargas, I hope that's what it was bc im having my tubes tied after this baby... When I was younger the doctor always told me I'd never be able to have kids so once I got pregnant with my daughter I have always had my mind set on having 3 kids and that's it... So once this one comes it's #3 so I'm having my tubes tied... But I'm pretty sure it showed my miscarriage bc with my aunt she only has 3 kids (alive) and she had 3 miscarriages and it showed all 3 and her miscarriages were at 13 weeks, almost 6 months, and at 16 weeks. :( but :) im still praying it's right so maybe it will be if I pray hard enough lol
@k_nicole89, good luck keep us posted.i'm wondering if it counted your miscarriage or possibly you're going to have a little boy and then your next one will be a girl.I had a miscarriage prior to having my first son never found out the sex of the baby but when I did the ring test it didn't count it
@missvargas, mine always showed 4 in the same order im overly excited now lol ready for the 29th more and more now it can't come fast enough

@wendy_hammett, I'm the same way I never try to get my hopes up but with this it's really hard not to lol but usually I don't cuz usually I have my mind set on something and it never works out the way I thought hopefully this time it will :)
@missvargas, yea it goes through all the kids you have and down to the one you are having. Mine also counted my miscarriage!!!

I did it at first it said boy then it showed girl then It showed Boy . Then I stopped because I thought it wasn't working and called my cousin to tell her that it wasn't working then she says it goes through all the kids you have .which makes it correct because I already have a boy and girl and found out that number 3 is a boy . So in the end it was right

@lovebuggg2016, you take a necklace (or string) that is either clamped together or tied together with either a ring or sewing needle on it, (I used a necklace with a charm on it not too big) and I rub it up and down 7 times on the outside of my wrist and then hold it above your hand (the top part of your hand) and a circle is a girl and a back and forth motion is a boy you keep doing it over and over until it stops completely over top of your hand. Mine did circle, line, line, circle (which means girl, boy, boy, girl) and so far it's been right

@odixiedelight, me too since everyone I've seen it done on its right (even my 82 grandmother in law it came up 4 girls and that's what she has) im freaking out lol the 29th can't come fast enough now

mine said boy,boy,girl,girl,boy. i have two sons and im currently 16 weeks pregnany but idk the gender yet , i find out next month tho:)
@plantdara, me too my whole family is big on it and I've never seen it come up wrong on anyone I just don't wanna be the first one that it comes up wrong on lol I've been praying for a little girl for my last baby since I found out I was pregnant... Don't get me wrong if it's a boy I will still love it regardless and still be happy but I so want a girl!!! We have 3 boys and 2 girls with mine and his kids together so I want another girl to even us out lol

So I keep hearing if you carry low and out, you're having a boy. If you carry high and wide, you're having a girl. Is this just another Old Wives Tale?
Just curious if any of y'all had dreams about what gender you were having and if it was right or not. I've had 3 dreams about me having a boy, then I got curious so I looked up the old wives tales and they all say I'm having a boy!
I have an old wives tale question! Did any body do the Chinese calendar prediction and it come out right! I did it for a game at my first gender reveal and it came out right! What did it say you were gonna have and sit it come out right!?
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
So who has had the blood test that tells you of your gonna have a boy or girl? Was it right if so.
