Im getting nervous my contractions been all day and I think they are becoming more intense down in the womanly area and abdominal area is this braxton or the real thing they are becoming more intense as the day goes not like this morning ,??? Please. help ftm not sure just know I'm in this pain !

It might be labor..make sure you are drinking a lot obviously but if you are it could be. I would probably get checked since you aren't full term yet
They could be the real thing if they don't go away after moving around or changing positions. Start timing them and if they are less than 5 mins apart I would call
