I've been having terrible back pain all day. I can hardly stand sometimes. Is that back labor? How would I know?

I had preterm back labor with my son at 32 weeks. I had a horrible sharp pain in my back and it moved to my abdomen then back to my back. It hurt so much I could barley breathe or stand up. I would call your doctor just to be safe!
@dashapearson, thank you!!! I know I must sound so naive!!! I'm a FTM and I have a high tolerance for pain and my body hasn't been 'normal' feeling the past 9mons so it's hard to distinguish what is worrisome and what is not.
Well 39 weeks it's serious. I think there is nothing bad to say about this pain to you doctor. Take care yourself
Yeah I'm having cramps in my belly but nothing crazy almost like muscle cramps here and there. Back has been literally killing me all day. I could barely stand at the sink to wash a few dishes. It goes away and then comes back
I think you need to visit your doctor mum. When did it start? What about your belly? Is it hurts?
