How do you Mommas relieve pregnancy constipation? I've taken colace the past week and nothing is happening! It's driving me nuts and my stomach is KILLING me :(
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Lol i feel ya there... I finally has a good poo with a week of salad eating. .. .. I was so constipated I had to buy that laxative u put in there.. the liquid one.. I forgot what it was called. I was in pain and wanted to punch my bf... on top of that I had hemroids

Something high in fiber! If I notice I'm a bit constipated I'll eat green beans or a salad

Milk of magnesia take full dose at night and you will go in the morning then I took miralax once a day or every other day to keep me regular

I had that really bad with my first daughter, my doc told my miralax is the best. Because it uses water to losen everything but something about it going through your colon differently so it's completely safe.

How many colace do you take a day? My midwife told me to take 3 a day and it's been working
